Western Peripherals Model 130 tape controller
       I may be running a Western Peripherals model 130 tape
controller with a Cypher dual density (800-1600 bpi) tape drive on a
VAX 750.  Is there any experience out there in the world of wizards
about this controller, and its compatibility with anything DECish,
such as a TU10 controller?
