At a recent meeting with a BTL lawyer, he showed
on a piece of paper that the status of ucds
was "available on request" (for outside btl).
u(nix) c(ircuit) d(esign) s(ystem) is a package
of programs that are used for designing and
quick prototyping of hardware. It was used to
make Belle, the chess machine.
