Shuttle News
Though NASA's dream for an exact to the minute on time launch
of STS-3 has been stopped by a faulty heater, their goal of
on on time to the day launch still remains alive.  And so, at
1100 EST now, COlumbia is scheduled to fly again.  At 0430 EST,
technicians fixed a heater that keeps nitrogen in a gaseous stage
for keeping the main engines clean before oxygen and hydrogen are
introduced, but the delay was enough to delay the launch by one
hour.
