Can anyone tell us WHY the moderators of the various arpa digests
have decided not to forward them to USENET?  Is it something we
said?  I admit my first reaction was an unprintable version of
"Same to you, buddy!", but if the decision could at least be explained
I bet much of the ill feelings (if any) will dissapate.
