A Bidding Problem

You are dealer, all vulnerable, IMPs.  You are not playing
a forcing club system and you are a little light for a game
forcing opening, so you open 1S.  Partner bids 2S.  Now
comes your first problem.  The best bid is probably 3C,
which is forcing since you've agreed on spades.  Partner
bids 4C.  You try 4D, showing your Ace.  Partner says 4S.
You make one more try with 5C, and are rewarded to hear
5D, showing the King.  At this point, partner might have

       xxxx
       xx
       Kxx
       Kxxx

in which case 6S goes down, or

       xxxx
       xxx
       Kx
       Kxxx

in which case 6S is cold.  What do you do?
