If you want better than a diablo, but think a versatec
isn't easy for secretaries (ours have MUCH less trouble
with the V-80 than our diablos!), I don't know what you want.

We do have a Spinwriter which has most of the advantages of the
two-headed Qume, except that they badly screwed up when
they designed the scientific thimble.

Any dot matrix printer you get will be grainier than
the versatec;  they're getting close (I believe 140/in
as opposed to the Versatec's 200), but they're not there
yet;  also I think the versatec is at about the grainiest
I would consider using for such things.
