This is a really strange kind of "peripheral", but does anyone have
words (good words, bad words, wise words, etc.) to say about the
various outfits that say they will take your troff output and run
it through a phototypesetter for you?  E.g. George Lithograph,
Technical Type & Composition, any others I don't know about...
Particularly interested in experiences of people who have used them.
