DEC word processing on VAX?


In the past couple of issues of 'Information Systems News' there have been
advertisements which imply that there is now full-function word processing
from DEC available on the VAX.  Does anyone have any information on this?
In particular, what operating system does it run under?  VMS?

This has been rumored for quite a while, and would certainly be a welcome
addition.  Though it has not been marketed well, DEC still has the best
word processing on the market (in my opinion - discussion on point to point
comparison with competitors welcome).  A DEC OEM in CA has a very close
emulation (WORD-11) which I understand now runs on VAX, but once again I
am not sure of operating system (though once again I think it is VMS.)
One of these systems could be an integral part in an overall general purpose
office system.
