Another one for the suggestion box
I think it would be nice to have local-only responses to net
groups.  Such a response could be sent to something like net.travel,
but would only go to users on the same system as the sender.

What I'd like to use this for would be to ask a (most likely) easily
answered question about something on a topic.  Example:
       news -i Eurail Tickets -n net.travel -L  (-L is local only)
       What do Eurail tickets cost?
       .
Sending this out to net.travel with network wide distribution would
get lots of repsonses, but if there is a large net.travel following
on the local machine, there would really be no need to broadcast
such a simple question to the world.
