duplicate articles
Could it be that some people don't understand how cancelling an article works?
One could submit an article, cancel it, revise and resubmit it
and both would still go out over the net.
A cancelled article will be removed locally, but not over the net.
Not even the spooled uux command is removed, though it can be done manually.
