Newsgroup Index
Curt Stephens' idea regarding the newsgroup indices sounds great to me.
It sounds even better when you realize that someone has volunteered to
categorize and give a synopsis of each group.  Who knows... this list
may even become an elite "who's who in accepted newsgroups"!  Let's
hear it for a bit of organization.  Thanx, Curt!
