Duplicate article of a different type.
       I have an intresting bug in the way i recieve news here
at lime. First a simple map.

       IHNSS --(ibm link)-- HOUXI --(ibm link)-- HOUXE --(dmc11)--
                                  --(ibm link)-- HOUXG --(dmc11)-- LIME

       the dmc11's run at 19.2 and the same news article comes into
lime via two paths. the timing is dependent on network load but today
i noticed that the same digest had come it via houxe and houxg within
one second. i think the way this part of the network is set up is a bit
wierd, but i think that some form of lock on the /usr/lib/news and
/usr/spool/news directories (and thier files) should be put into a next
release.
