       Mark,
               I just have one more question, if we set up a separate account
       for the netnews contact, is there some "standard" login name?  It
       seemed that "news" was it a while back, did you ever get any response?

It can't be "news" because some sites like to send mail to "news"
and expect it to be posted to general.  So we settled on "usenet"
as the standard name to alias to the right person.
