number of newsgroups
I'm beginning to become alarmed at the number of newsgroups there are.
It's also growning rapidly.  This seems to slow down B news, at least
on my machine.  Can anyone running A news tell if it's slowing down
their sessions reading news?  Perhaps this is a hot topic for USENIX.
Am I alone or are there others out there that think perhaps there should
be a maximum number of newsgroups - perhaps to create one you have to
can another.
