Further to this discussion on Parliamentary Question Period, if you are
on the Canada/U.S. border, you can have a look at one by tuning in the
Canadian TV station in your area at the time listed in TV Guide.  One nice
thing about this stuff is that they have to stand up and be counted by
everyone.  Is HR or Senate proceedings ever aired?
