Legal question (zehntel.130)
Although I can't imagine that a U.S. citizen could be guilty of
treason against Canada, the Seychelles (Indian Ocean) are trying some of
the people who recently tried to overthrow the government for treason
even tho' they are mostly South African citizens.

In any case, could you really imagine the Justice Minister of Canada
trying people for treason for making jokes about the Royal Wedding?  Could
you imagine the sort of Question Time he would undergo after making such a
move?  (Government ministers in Parliamentry countries are subject to regular
interrogations in the Parliament; for some examples of what goes on during
Question Time, listen to Sunday Morning on CBC/NPR.)  Surely Britain has
roughly the same laws about the Royal Family, and yet look at all the jokes
about the Royal Family on BBC Comedy Shows.  (notably the jokes about
Princess Margaret on Monty Python)
