The problem is that you CAN'T really disallow things of "questionable"
taste (aside from the fact that you shouldn't), in any particular newsgroup.
As far as I'm concerned that's the only guarantee that netnews won't turn
into a dictatorship and is a Good Thing; (not unlike the Weapons Shops of
Isher).
