USENET policy
It's unfortunate indeed that more people can't be represented
at our January meeting.  By all means if you feel there's more
to discuss here, discuss, I'll add my 5 senses worth.  My suggesting
that we wait 'till the meeting is in response to mark's suggestion
the we set some policies.

I can't imagine that an actual vote by the readers could be carried
out fairly.  I for one would vote on behalf of all the intergers on
a vax.

Perhaps we can think up some 'suggestions' at USENIX and present them
here.  I'm just looking for an excuse to postpone any decision making
until I can meet all some of my new friends.
