USENET POLICY
As the netnews administrator for one (1) machine, and as a human to
boot, I don't give a damn how many machines your are the netnews
administrator for, that doesn't make your humble opinion any more valid
than mine.

I agree with the Honorable Administrator from Freedonia, the good Mr.
Redman, that we should wait a month so that we can discuss this in
person.

God help us if our opinions are not all treated with equal respect just
because of the popularity or stature of our machines.  I did not like
at all the suggestion (was it Mark Horton's?) that the USENET ethics
committee should consist of his egghead academician cronies from Duke
and UCB.  The next thing you know, your opinion won't be valid unless
your grandfather subscribed to netnews.
