contain only messages of GENERAL interest?  I mean, I'm all for helping
people decide on what T.V. set to buy or how to balance their fan or
how to find software for a particular peripheral, but these are rather
specific interests.  net.general should be a very clean newsgroup with
only the very relevant stuff on it.  Somebody is probably going to explode,
but how about . . . net.misc?  Sounds a little contrary to the philosophy
I admit, but does anybody else have a better idea?
