The gamma version B news is still distributed with a limit of 100,
although you have to make a decision on this when you install it.
Having a user overflow this buffer will only bomb out that user,
since who still has to read what is no longer figured out when news
comes in.

Upping the buffer to 512 ups ALL the buffers to 512 on gamma, which is
too much for a pdp-11 but fine on a vax.  The released version will have
a separate limit for subscriptions, since we have people here passing 256
characters in their subscriptions and the maximum line length in the
editor will soon become a problem!  Continuation lines are on the wish list.
