B netnews performance
IHNSS CPU time spent on netnews has dropped drastically since I installed
B netnews.  "rnews" used to be #1 or #2 each day in the accounting files;
now it is #22.  The limiting factor now seems to be uucico, and to a
lesser extent, uux.

Does anybody have any performance improvements for uucico and/or
uux, such as more efficient L.sys file accessing?
