YAPNN  (Yet another proposed network name)
Here is my entry:
       CBINEXnet
               pronounced  see-bee-in-ex-net
                       for
               Computer Based INformation EXchange NETwork.

I hope the ISC people don't take offense (or credit) for the INformation.
One might want to have an "easier" name for the network.  Three syllables
seems to be optimal and pleasing to the ear (i.e. ARPAnet, Telenet, etc).  I
reserve the right to make future entries.  (INEXnet is ripped off from an
earlier message in this bboard.  Credit is extended to the originator.
