Jobs newsgroup?

I'm not sure if this is the right protocol for suggesting  a  new
newsgroup  (God  save  us  all!),  but  I  have  been  seeing  an
increasing  number  of  "person  wanted"  or  "position   wanted"
notices.   It  seems  to me this ought to go in its own newsgroup
rather than "net.general".  Normally I'm not interested in either
hiring someone or getting a new job, and hence don't want to  see
such  notices,  but  with  the  vagaries of the current economy I
might want to keep that information handy.
