future status of digests
I vote for no digests of stuff that could be individual articles.  Digest
the stuff from ARPA to feed to Usenet, and digest the stuff from Usenet
to feed to ARPA if no one will gate individual articles through.  But, don't
digest stuff that is just on Usenet.    Mel Haas ,  houxm!mel
