Inews Dumping Core
Upon testing out the 2.0 inews, I found that it was silently
dumping core and not installing my article.  The fix (that we
made here) was to change line 138 of ifuncs.c from:
               *p = 0;
to:
               if (p != NULL)
                       *p = 0;
