Bug in uucp.diff
In the newly released sources for B news, the file misc/uucp.diffs has an
error in it.  The line which defines X_NONZER in uucp.h should define it
as X_NONZERO.  The line as it is may work on V7 systems, but it definitely
doesn't work on Berkeley systems.
