electrostatic headphone info wanted
I'm thinking about replacing my Sennheiser HD 430 with some sort of
electrostatic headphones. I seem to recall having listened to some
electrostatics back in 1973 (some Koss model I believe) that absolutely
blew me away while listening to something called Telstar by Hot Butter
(or Popcorn, I never could remember which was the name of the group).
I've heard of some other electrostatics as well. Stax comes to mind.

Does anyone have opinions about the various electrostatics on the market?
I realize they are heavy/bulky/painful. Does anyone have a lighter model?
