Re: Loud Neighbors
Well, I've had obnoxious neighbors of disco and other musical varieties,
and, not being a classical music type, never dealt with it by fighting
it out with musical tastes.  I would find a TERRIBLE record (some of the
spaciest space rock/jazz or some stupid collection of cleaned up german
drinking/dance songs) and play THAT at loud volume.  Oh, yes.  I have
a timer on my system so I can get well away before it goes off.  I hate
that sort of shit, too.  This may not be the moral equivalent of drowning
out their music with yours, but that's not the point.  The point is to
make the other person appreciate what it's like to be in your shoes.  I
could attempt to demonstrate with my type of music, but I'd prefer to
find something they're likely to DETEST.
