Traditional Japanese Music
I am beginning to do research on traditional Japanese music,
espacially gagaku (bugaku), shakuhachi, and noh.  Currently
I have Malm's book and have read issues of Take-no-Michi.
There is a Traditional Japanese Music Society being formed -
I believe the head is Professor Burnett at Queens College,
New York City.  If anyone knows of any good books or articles
on Japanese music, I would appreciate it very much if you
could provide information.  Also I would like to communicate
with anyone who is knowledgeable in this area.
