Disco neighbors
I can understand what watmath!jcwinterton is going though.  When I lived
in Nashua (we moved to Manchester, NH) we lived in a garden apartment
complex.  There were these new people down stairs (from the Bronx, NYC,
I think).  They were crude and un-neighborly, to say the lease and
they would turn the base up on their system (turntable based, I think)
and it would really bother us.  They always managed to do it in the
late morning and 3:00AM in the afternoon.  (After several attempts to
to talk to them and then several visits by the local law givers (LLG)
and a great house becomming available, we moved.)

Since I had the apartment for 15 days after I actually moved out, I
seriously thought of leaving a system of my one with speakers attached
to the floor and set to auto-reboot!
