In what tonality is the opening of the second movement of Brahms's Fourth
Symphony?
I've heard two opinions:
       1. It's in E phrygian.
       2. It's in C major.
I hold the second opinion, but I'm willing to hear good arguments for the
first.  Any theory-wizards out there?
