net.psi and newsgroups
In reaction to bstempleton;
It is an interesting phenomena if groups fluorish in net.misc,
but can't stand on their own in net.whatever. This tends
to lean toward the slush fund approach to networking, the
opposite polarity from the tightly controlled newsgroups
approach which seems to be advocated by some herein.
These issues present a very interesting perspective of how people use
(want to use) networks, and perhaps some human engineering improvements
could be gleaned??
