Let me clarify my proposed question. I am well aware of the interchange
standard. My question was more what do we have running *right now* at
the various sites that are following this discussion. It would be nice
if someone could get this complete standard up and running, but if I
want a workspace from Waterloo tomorrow I need access to a currently
supported cannonical representation.
Does anyone on this net have any kind of WS transfer mechanism that
could, for the moment at any rate, be used as a standard by all of us?
Failing that, is anyone interested in implementing the WSIS and then
distributing it across the net? I think it would be too frustrating if
we could only talk about our WS's and then mail paper listings of them
when someone expressed interest in one of them. The sooner we can
automate the exchange of WS's, the better.
