T-boxen and the public
This is a comment about our experiences with LocalNet 20 (r) in our graduate
terminal room.
1. There was a lot of initial confusion, but it went away in about a week.
2. We didn't know what to do about command restrictions so we left it all
  hanging out (2.14).
3. Yesterday (or over the weekend) it turned out that some bright light
had managed to call all of the terminals through a relay of others so
that they were all tied up.  Since somewhere in this mess, the software
went into a snit, we did a double reset on all the t-boxen in the GTR.
4. At the first chance today, I got rid of most of the commands on these
t-boxen and turned listen off on all ports.  This makes these terminals
  strictly outgoing.
5. I am now waiting for the other shoe to drop.
