puzzle:  You are a lieutenant in the army.  You have the job of putting
up a very heavy (around 400 lbs.) flagpole.  The pole is 30 meters high.
You have one 10 meter rope and two 5 meter ropes, 3 privates and a sargeant.
How do you get the flagpole up?

answer:  You say: "Sargeant! Get that flagpole up!"
