Well, my 3AM efforts paid off last night, and I was able to read
Uosat-Oscar-9's 2 meter telemetry beacon.  It was transmitting 300
baud ASCII, using 1200/2400 hz tones (close enough for a Bell 202
modem). Now all I have to do is find out what these numbers mean:
