Purdue  University  Libraries  is  seeking  a  Head  of   Systems
Development  for  the  management and operations of the Libraries
Automation  Program   and   Computer   Systems.   Qualifications:
Masters  degree  in  Computer  Science, Industrial Engineering or
related discipline, knowledge  of  computer  hardware,  software,
programming,  and systems analysis techniques; ability to analyze
complicated library operations in order to plan and formulate new
or  modified  procedures  and  systems.  Working knowledge of DEC
equipment and  UNIX  operating  system.  Experience  in  managing
large  development  projects and implementing dedicated hardware.
Serves as liaison with  Libraries  staff  and  a  wide  range  of
University  staff  and services.  Application Deadline:  June 25,
