Loglan
Well, uh, no.  Loglan isn't from Heinlein.  It was a language created
by James C. Brown and associates to test the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis
in linguistics[1].  It's grammar is based on predicate calculus, and
all statements in it can be uniquely broken down.  For example, the
phrase
       It's a pretty little girls school
