One Newsgroup Per Article!
Recently, I've been seeing the recurrence of an old problem:  articles being
posted to multiple newsgroups.  This has all been gone over before, and
boils down to one thing:  if you want *everyone* to see it, put it on
net.general.  Otherwise pick one group, and let it go at that.
