Cellular Automata anyone?
Anyone on the net have a past, present, or possibly
future interest in Cellular Automatas? Or better yet,
experience with cellular automatas, or cellular automata hardware!??

I'm something of a nut on them for a variety of reasons (most of
which are not particularly practical).
For several years, I have been playing with a hardware system which
I built at home. This system runs LIFE and quite a number of
cellular automata games at 30 generations per second on a CRT with
a 64 by 64 space.

If anybody out there has an interest let me know. (Anybody at MIT
can tell me how the hell a glider gun was created??)

In case you are interested, I posted a separate article titled
"Me and the Cellular Automata" in net.misc
which describes how I got interested in cellular automata and briefly
lists the capabilities of my machine and what I'm up to.

                       Hope to hear from someone,
