Nationwide Access to a computer
I am interested in knowing what alternatives there are for providing
dial-up access to a computer.  In other words, there are going to be
people who could be any where continental US who will require the
capability to dial into a given computer (located in the Long Island,
New York, area).  Does anybody have experience with Timnet or Telenet
or others?  Cost to install; cost to end user; reliability?

Responses can go to decvax!aps or aps@DEC-MARLBORO.
Thanks.
       Armando Stettner.
P.S. This is one of those infamous requests on behalf of a friend.
