decvax down
Decvax is down for three days.  It should be back up sometime this weekend.
In the meantime I am trying to poll Duke for news, but it seems that all
of their Unix people are in Santa Monica.  I think that we will not lose
any news (News could be lost if decvax's table overflowed, but if they are
down then they will not be receiving any new news either), but news will
be late.                                                                                                                        With apologies
