new and renamed newsgroups
OK, folks, here are some new and renamed newsgroups, to make things
official.  Please update your subscriptions and/or ngfiles.

New: net.sport.baseball
    net.sport.football
    net.sport.hockey
    fa.railroad        (to be linked to the ARPA mailing list)
    net.cycle  (NOT net.motorcycle - this allows net.cycle.honda, etc)

Name change:
    net.sport.ski      (was net.ski)
    net.sport.scuba    (was net.scuba)
    net.auto.vw        (was net.vwrabbit)
    net.bugs.4bsd      (was net.4bsd-bugs)
    net.bugs.2bsd      (was net.2bsd-bugs)
    net.bugs.v7        (was net.v7bugs)
    to.anysys          (was to_anysys, for any system name "anysys").
                       (this allows people to unsubscribe to "to.all")

I also propose net.bugs.u4 for Unix 4.0 and 4.2.
