Brad is right - hopefully when most of the world converts to version B,
the feature that causes it to ask you "do you really want to create a
new newsgroup net.unix-wizards?" will curb most of this mistaken
group posting.  (Version A could certainly benefit from a similar feature.)
As it is, many sites have "all" in their .ngfile to avoid having to fix
it every time somebody creates a newsgroup.  Sites that do not will never
see the articles posted to nonexistent newsgroups.  Perhaps I should post
a list of all net and fa newsgroups?  In the meantime, the following
newsgroups DO NOT EXIST and PLEASE DO NOT POST TO THEM!
       net.unix-wizards        (mail to ucbvax!unix-wizards)
       net.info-cpm            (mail to ucbvax!info-cpm)
       net.joke                (use net.jokes)
       fa.editor-people        (mail to ucbvax!editor-p)
       net.unix-stuff          (mail to ucbvax!unix-wizards)
       net.info-terms          (mail to ucbvax!info-terms)
