Vax 11/750 running 4.1bsd.  No special devices on this one except a
shared RP06 to our Dec-20.  A general research machine for the dept,
specifically:  CAGD, VLSI design (who isn't?), portable lisp-based
systems, applicative multi-processing, signal processing.

We connect into Usenet by uucp via harpo.  We pass netnews on to several
local machines also: Vaxen and v7's.  When their names become reasonable
shortly, announcements will be forthcoming from them.  (They're the ones
with the weird graphics devices.)

No auto-dialer yet, though we're supposed to be getting one.  We welcome
new uucp connections, but give out individual login names to sites, so
contact me for that info.
