    Eugene A. Stead, Jr., M.D. and others here at Duke University Medical
Center would like to know how many M.D.'s have access to the network. We
would especially like to hear from people on systems which are actually
within medical centers, such as we have here (duke!phs and duke!phs60 are
the Department of Physiology, duke!dukgeri is the Center for the Study of
Aging and Human Development, and duke!duke34 is a joint venture of the
Department of Computer Science and the Department of Immunology).  Just a
short note would suffice, with your name, medical center affiliation, etc.
Also, you might indicate if you would be interested in participating if a
new news group were formed to discuss medical topics (net.med ?)
    Dr. Stead wants to investigate the level of interest in a medical
consultation net for interaction between himself and others.  The topics
might consider a current patient, a current drug reaction, or a recent
publication.
