new subscription list: net.games
A number of people have suggested net.empire to me, but that seemed
unnecessarily specific.  Therefore I'm suggesting net.games in which I
hope to see announcements of available games, bug reports on existing games,
and in general, some discourse on merits/misfeatures of games and perhaps
even some suggestions for improvements.

If there is an existing news topic that adequately covers this area please
let me know.  For that matter I'm curious whether there is any "registry"
(or even a simple list), of existing news topics; things could easily get
out of hand without some such...
