utzoo changes address
We have changed the point at which we connect to Usenet, in search of
cheaper phone rates.  What has been duke!utzoo is now decvax!utzoo
(aka ucbvax!decvax!utzoo, aka duke!decvax!utzoo).  We will continue
to connect to duke intermittently for a little while to ensure that
traffic in transit and mail from people who haven't got the word still
gets through.
