'Tools' Newsgroup

How about a 'net.tools' newsgroup? It could serve as a forum for people
to talk about UNIX tools which they have written, or evaluate tools
which they have acquired. It might cut down on the volume of queries on
the net if we had a place for people to announce 'I have such-and-such
a tool, for anyone who wants it'.  It could also serve as a central
place for tool queries. Currently, queries sometime go out on
'general', sometimes on 'unix-wizards'.
